Norse Mythology in God of War
The modern God of War era lives and breathes Norse mythology. The Nine Realms — Midgard, Asgard, Jotunheim, Alfheim, Helheim, Muspelheim, Niflheim, Svartalfheim, and Vanaheim — served as the backdrop for Kratos and Atreus' journey. God of War Laufey continues this Norse foundation while expanding into new mythological territories.
